MOLLY AND HER BICYCLE PUMP

INTRODUCTION

   Poor Molly the sheep!  She just wants to be left alone to graze.
   Those mean, old dragons from over the hill are feeling peckish again.
   Luckily, Molly has found a bicycle pump from behind farmer Fred's shed.

   Help Molly meet her recommended daily intake of nutritious grass.
   Fend off the dragons with the bicycle pump.  But watch out: the
   dragons do not take kindly to being inflated!


CONTROLS

   The game can be played with a gamepad.  If you do not have a gamepad,
   you can use the following keyboard emulation of gamepad buttons:

      Ctrl/Shift/Space -- Button A
      Arrow keys       -- Direction pad
      Enter            -- START button
      Tab              -- SELECT button

   Move Molly with the direction pad.  Stand on a clump of grass to
   eat it.  Button A activates the bicycle pump.  Press START to pause
   the game, then SELECT to quit.

   Note: If you are using a gamepad then you should edit `molly.cfg'
   to choose which gamepad button is mapped to START and SELECT.
   Every other button counts as button A.


COMMAND LINE OPTIONS

   -f : Use a fullscreen mode
   -w : Use a windowed mode
   -c : Ignore the "grayscale" colour rule; use more colours
   -m : Disable MIDI music
   -j : Disable joystick support


RESOURCES USED

   Most of the code was written during the SpeedHack itself, with a
   few utility files from previous projects.  Some of the sounds I
   nicked from the web somewhere.  I nicked the music, too.
